without reference to other nations¡¯ policies and strategies. It is now the time to share our ideas and experiences for repositioning the status of u-driven
future with more innovative and visible goals, strategies, and solutions. Korea has constructed the leading information infrastructure in the world but need

a launching point for elevating the u-driven future with IT revolutions and opportunities grounded in coordinated efforts by government representatives,
research funding agencies, IT corporate vendors, and academic community. The symposium will serve as a platform for professionals around the world to discuss
revolutionary aspects of upcoming challenges concerning convergence of technology, society, culture, and governance.
